1. Order Confirmation

 

• Pre-orders are processed only after full payment is received.• Once the order is placed, the item is reserved and sent for production.

 

2. Production Time

 

• Production time is approximately 3–7 working days (excluding Fridays, Saturdays, and public holidays).• Delays may occur due to fabric availability, customization requests, or shipping conditions. Customers will be notified if any delay happens.

 

3. Customization

 

• Any customization (length adjustments, measurements, etc.) must be mentioned before production starts.• Once production begins, no changes can be made to the order.

 

4. Cancellation Policy

 

• Pre-orders cannot be canceled after production has started.• If cancellation is requested before production, only store credit may be issued (no cash refunds).

 

5. Returns & Exchanges

 

• Pre-order items are made specifically per request; therefore, no returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted unless:• The item is received damaged.• The item is not as described or has a production defect.

 

• Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, with tags intact.

 

6. Sizing Responsibility

 

• Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size.• Fable provides guidance upon request, but the final decision is the customer’s responsibility.

 

7. Shipping

 

• Shipping timelines vary based on the destination country.• Customs, duties, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility and may vary by country.
